Their prices can be interpreted differently depending on your knowledge of the cutlery market or your purchasing habits for artisanal products.

The blades, springs and plates are made on site on demand, from cutting to heat treatment.

Entirely handmade in Normandy, knives and cases, each piece requires between 4 and 6 hours of work, and approximately 4 days of drying.

I pay particular attention to the finishes and solidity of each knife sent to its new owner.

Finally, all knives are guaranteed for life* and I am at your disposal to carry out maintenance free of charge*
